Haval Taxi
Ride-hailing for Kurdistan with passenger and driver mobile apps, a Nuxt operations dashboard, zone-based dispatch, and live trip tracking over Laravel Reverb.
Challenge
Run a regional taxi network end to end: map-based zones and neighborhoods, dispatch and VIP fleets, driver wallets, push notifications, and FastPay/FIB payments — with live order and location updates operations can trust.
Solution
Laravel 13 API on Octane with Horizon queues, Sanctum auth, and Reverb WebSockets for order status and driver location. Custom FastPay and FIB integrations handle webhooks and persisted payment state. A Nuxt 4 dashboard covers live map, orders, drivers, finance, zones, and admin roles. Mobile clients consume versioned REST APIs documented for Flutter.

- Live operations: live map, trip board, driver tracking, and VIP driver workflows
- Real-time updates via private Reverb channels for orders, drivers, and users
