Who we are

What you send us
When you email us, use the contact form, or continue to WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share (name, email, company, message). We use that only to respond and scope projects.
Anonymous feedback
The Anonymous feedback page lets you send a message without logging in. We do not ask for your name; please avoid sharing sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
Site analytics & performance
We log basic, privacy-conscious usage signals (page loads, navigation, button clicks, coarse performance timings) through our own server. A first-party cookie stores an anonymous visitor id and visit count so we can tell new vs returning visits without third-party trackers. Events are forwarded to a private Telegram channel for operational awareness — not sold to third parties.
Payment data
Levi Labs builds integrations with gateways such as FIB, QiCard, and FastPay. This marketing site does not process card payments. Client applications we build handle payment data according to each gateway’s rules and the client’s policies.
Retention & rights
We keep business correspondence as long as needed for support and legal obligations. You can ask us to update or delete contact records by emailing hello@levilabs.dev.
